Chris Cain has completed his Trilogy of vacation property books. Based on owning a seaside villa at Kiawah Island, SC, for 16 years, Chris wrote Maximize Your Resort Property Investment (1984), Road Map to Your Vacation Property Dream (1998), and his latest -- Your "Made in the USA" Vacation Home (2015). Chris earned a MSJ degree from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University in 1971. He served as a newspaper editor and McGraw-Hill World News magazine reporter. Chris was hired by the Florida Association of Realtors to launch a Media Relations program which received accolades from four elected FAR presidents, and from the National Association or Realtors. He taught Journalism at the University of Central Florida. Chris enjoys travel, reading, and golf and resides in Oviedo with his wife Terry.
